*Motorway tolls, ferry, parking and waiting fees will be added to the transfer fee.
*During reservation, credit card information will be received on virtual POS (by dialling on the phone).
Any reservation change and cancellation requests must be notified at least 3 (three) hours in advance, on a 24/7 basis. For cancellation and changes after the allowed duration, half of the transfer service fee will be charged on condition that information was provided during reservation. In cancellations and changes notified within the allowed time period, the refund will be reflected on the credit card within 3 (three) days.
*In all cities, transfer service will be provided for 25 km at minimum. In transfer services for a distance less than 25 kilometres, the price will be applied by taking 25 km as basis.
*There must be at least two hours between transfers that are on the same day and that follow one another.
*The reservations must be in place 12 hours before the flight time. The service will be provided to the card owner, subject to availability of vehicles. If there is no availability, the card owner will be notified.
*Reservations will be accepted during working hours, in the day, between the hours of 9:00/18:00, and VIP transfer will be offered on a 24/7 basis.
*On holidays (Eid, New Year, etc.) VIP transfer service will be offered subject to availability of vehicles.
