The funds of which the participation certificates are allocated to pre-defined persons or institutions are named as “special fund”.
After establishing special fund, investment strategies specific to funds are formed in line with the risk/return profiles of the investors and the portfolios of the related funds are managed with optimum return target.
In case that a special fund is established for a company, the participation certificates representing the fund amount can be only sold to the partner, manager, the family of the manager and the employees in line with the provisions of the Communique related to public offering.
