All responsibilities arising from all services provided with TAV Passport cards, which are given as a gift to DenizBank Private card holders, will belong to the relevant company (TAV İŞLETME HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.), and DenizBank A.Ş. has no responsibility. Denizbank A.Ş will notify TAV İŞLETME HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. with your name and surname for the purpose of issuing your TAV Passport card. TAV PASSPORT CARD UTILIZTION TERMS
FREE CARPARK & VALE AND DISCOUNT
- Only members may benefit from 30 days of free carpark & vale service and discounts during their contracts.
- It is optional for card holders to use vale service at vale points of relevant airports that offer the service.
- TAV Passport Card Members may benefit from free carpark services on condition that they show their TAV Passport Card at carpark payment points before they get their car.
- TAV Passport Card Members may benefit from free vale services on condition that they show their TAV Passport Card at carpark payment points before they get their car.
- TAV Passport Card Members may benefit from discounted carpark services at Sabiha Gökçen Airport carpark payment point by showing their cards.
- Using free carpark quota: it is based on an hourly system. Durations shorter than 24 hours will be completed to 24 hours and deduced from the credit as one day.
- When carpark usage quota is exceeded, remaining rights will be deducted from the carpark fee. The member pays the remaining amount.
- Discounted carpark service is valid for Sabiha Gökçen Airport carpark.
- At Sabiha Gökçen discounted carpark service, discount is given by charging the carpark use on an hourly basis.
- Until 30 days of free carpark service quota is used completely, members do not pay for vale service if they use it.
- Free carpark or vale service is available at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International and Domestic Flights Carpark, Milas Bodrum Airport, İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International and Domestic Flights Carpark and Jetpark Carpark and İstpark carpark (500 meters away from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and İstpark is 4 km from Istanbul Airport).
- Privileges offered by the card cannot be combined and used together with other privileges offered by TAV or other institutions and organizations.
FREE VALE SERVICE AT SHOPPING MALLS
- TAV Passport Members may benefit from free vale services at malls on condition that they show their TAV Passport Card at the vale payment points of affiliated malls.
- 12-day free carpark service credit is optional for TAV Passport members at affiliated vales in the malls.
- 12-day free vale service credit is optional for TAV Passport members at affiliated vales in the malls.
- Credit usage is based on daily 24 hours. Remaining hours will be calculated by rounding up to 24 hours in this principle. Daily free carpark service credit is optional to be used by passport member at affiliated vales in malls.
- Privileges offered by the card cannot be united and used together with other privileges offered by TAV or other institutions and organizations.
- Until 12 days of free vale service quota is used completely, members do not pay for vale service if they use it.
DOMESTIC AIRPORT TRANSFER
- TAV Passport Card Holders need to contact call center at phone number 0850 222 25 75 or make reservation on reservation@tavpassport.com address at least 12 hours before transfer time, and at least 24 hours before transfer time for Antalya and Dalaman in order to benefit from discounted domestic airport transfer service and to learn cities where transfer services are offered.
- TAV Passport Card Holder needs to pay the service fee with his/her credit card during reservation.
- TAV Passport Card Member is not requested to pay highway and bridge passing fees (excluding Eurasia Tunnel and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge).
- During reservation, flexible quota is purchased by paying an extra fee when another route needs to be used outside of TAV route. Flexible quota service fee cannot be reimbursed or cancelled.
- Requests for transfer cancellations or changes should be made through reservation@tavpassport.com at least 6 hours before the reservation time. When a change is made, service may be delivered depending on vehicle availability.
- Transfer fees will be considered no show when cancellation or change requests are not made in time. The right is not reimbursed if the member purchased the transfer using the free of charge right, and right is not reimbursed if the member purchased the transfer by payment.
- Extra luggage should be stated during reservation and vehicle requests should be made parallel to this.
- No address change is possible in the vehicle.
- You are advised to closely monitor reservation confirmations for transfers, and confirmation e-mails we send out for your meeting with the driver and vehicle.
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TRANSFER
- TAV Passport Members may benefit from discounted overseas airport transfer service on condition that they make their reservation by contacting Call Center at phone number 0850 222 25 75 at least 24 hours before the requested transfer time.
- Overseas Transfer Service is available only in affiliated locations. You may find out the price of transfer service from our call centers.
- TAV Passport member pays the service fee on phone during reservation.
- Confirmation text message is sent to the number stated during reservation.
- The company sets the route for transfer service.
- Passenger carrying capacity depends on the vehicle capacity through which the service is delivered.
- Please beware that you need to state number of passengers and luggage needs so that the most appropriate vehicle may be sent to you.
- In addition to transfers via high class vehicles, we organize transfers with economical new segment vehicles as well.
- TAV Passport Card free transfer privileges cannot be used in transfer locations that offer service overseas.
MEETING DETAILS
- In airport-address transfers, you will be met by a greeter at airport and forwarded to your driver.
TERMS FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
- You need to inform TAV Passport Call Center at least 12 hours before the transfer time when you wish to move your transfer date/time or cancel your transfer request. Call Center is available 24/7. Transfer fee of the reserved route is not returned for transfers that do not comply with cancellation conditions.
CAR RENTAL
- It is recommended to make reservation at least 24 hours before car rental by calling TAV Passport Call Center at number 0850 222 25 75 in order to benefit from car rental service.
- TAV Passport Card Holder may benefit from discounted car rental service in line with fleet feasibility at car rental points by showing his/her TAV Passport Card. Relevant company’s general car rental requirements apply to all car rentals.
- TAV Passport Card member pays the service fee with his/her credit card during the service in line with requirements set by relevant car rental company.
- Car rental discount applies to all relevant car rental offices in Turkey and for vehicles identified for TAV Passport.
- TAV Passport Card Holders cannot combine their privileges with other discounts/promotions of the relevant car rental company.
CAR RENTAL WITH DRIVER
- You may benefit from the service maximum for one day in one time. It is limited to Metropolitan Municipality borders.
- Service scale for car rental with driver is set as 0-4 hours, 0-8 hours, 0-12 hours and 0-24 hours. Charges are set hourly.
- Service fee is paid during reservation.
- Please beware that you need to state number of passengers and luggage so that the most appropriate vehicle may be sent to you.
- Requests for transfer cancellations or changes should be made through reservation@tavpassport.com at least 12 hours before the reservation time. When a change is made, service may be delivered depending on vehicle availability.
- Transfer fees cannot be reimbursed when cancellation or change requests are not made in time.
FAST TRACK AT TERMINALS
- Fast track points are available at Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas Bodrum Airport Domestic Flight Terminals
- It is available through Domestic Flights Floor Entrance D at Ankara Esenboğa Airport, Domestic Flights Entrance A at İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, Domestic Flights Main Entrance at Milas Bodrum Airport.
- In order to benefit from this service, you need to show your TAV Passport Card prior to the service.
- TAV Passport Card Members, one guest and their children aged between 0-18 may use this service free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS PASSPORT / DOMESTIC FLIGHTS SECURITY CHECK
- TAV Passport Logo is available at fast track security counters at Domestic Flights Terminals in Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Milas Bodrum Airports.
- In order to benefit from this service, you need to show your TAV Passport Card prior to the service.
- TAV Passport Card Members, one guest and their children aged between 0-18 may use this service free of charge.
DOMESTIC LOUNGE USE
- The service encompasses waiting rooms which are given access to. You may find detailed information about waiting rooms which are given access to through www.tavpassport.com web address.
- In order to use this service, you need to show your TAV Passport Card to the officers at the waiting room entrance prior to access.
- TAV Passport Card Members, one guest and their children aged between 0-18 may use this service free of charge. If there is more than one guest, they are subject to charge.
INTERNATIONAL LOUNGE USE
- Members may access affiliated lounges free of charge at overseas airports. You may find the whole lounge list that you may enter either with or without reservation and detailed entrance information through www.tavpassport.com web address.
- Reservation is required for some lounges. You may make your reservation through loungereservation@tavpassport.com 48 hours in advance.
- Voucher will be sent out when your reservation is received. Card member may enter lounge by showing his/her voucher, boarding pass, passport or identity card. Entrance requirements and durations to stay at lounges may vary. Members need to get information about it during reservation.
- TAV Passport Card members may enter overseas lounges only with their primary cards with their name-surname, and date of expiry. They cannot enter lounges with temporary cards which do not have member information and date of expiry on them.
- TAV Passport Card Members, one guest and their children aged between 0-18 may use this service free of charge at select overseas Prime class Lounges.
SEA TRANSPORT
- Sales and Journey Date: The campaign applies to one way or round ticket purchases in İDO Fast Ferry and International Lines Sea Bus journeys by December 31, 2022.
- In the scope of this campaign, 30 % discount is given for the fare which includes VAT but excludes service fee.
- Only TAV Passport owners may benefit from this campaign when they purchase their tickets through Call Center - 0850 222 25 75.

- In case of reimbursement or change, the procedure is carried out based on the initial price of the ticket without any discount - VAT included and service excluded.

- Campaign has a limited quota.
- Campaign is not valid for IDO inner city sea bus and ferryboats.

FUEL DISCOUNTS
- TAV Passport owners will be given 2% (two percent) off when they purchase fuel at Petrol Ofisi stations across Turkey.
- Discount will be given on the VAT included price on the date when fuel is purchased at the station.
- You may get the discount on condition that system verifies the discount for your card when TAV Passport Card is scanned into the system.
- In all situations, card holders need to have their cards with them so that they can benefit from the discount.
ADVANTAGEOUS SHOPPING AT DUTY FREE
- The service is available at İstanbul Airport Old Bazaar and ATÜ Duty Free, Ankara Esenboğa, İzmir Adnan Menderes and Antalya (Gazipaşa) ATÜ Duty Free and Milas-Bodrum Airport Domestic boutique stores. This service is also given in international ATÜ stores. Valid points of sale are: Tunisia, Medina, Skopje, Ohrid, Riga, Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi.
- Discount is offered in İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir Bazaar stores.

- You need to show your TAV Passport Card to cashier prior to your purchase in order to benefit from special discounts at your Duty Free shopping.
- Only the card holder may benefit from discounted duty free service.

AIRPORT PRIVILEGES SPECIAL FOR NORTHERN CYPRUS VISITS
- TAV Passport members can enter the Bosphore Lounge free of charge with one guest and their children aged 0-6.
- TAV Passport card presentation is required to benefit from the lounge and fast track service.
- 10% discount is valid for perfume and cosmetics, chocolate and confectionery, fashion and accessories, electronics & travel accessories, toys and souvenirs at Kaner Duty Free store. 5% discount is applied in other determined product categories. Card presentation is required to take advantage of the discount.

LEGAL WARNING
TAV reserves the right to make amendments in services and discount rates offered in the framework of TAV Passport Card. Services may vary depending on airports. TAV does not assume any responsibility in amendments and problems that might arise from Security issues or decisions and practices of General Directorate of State Airports (“DHMI”) or Civil Aviation General Directorate (“SGHM”) and customs practices and other precautions taken by official authorities. You need to show your TAV Passport Card prior to using services and/or during service. Card will be used in line with Membership Contract Provisions which it is subject to. Card is used in person. No one else can use it except you, Privileges cannot be transferred to others. Discounted/free of charge services that need to be used in 1 year or in other times are valid in the exclusively identified time. Even if the membership duration is longer, free of charge/discounted use and/or privileges that are not used will not be transferred to the next period. If TAV Passport Card goes missing, TAV Passport Card Holder should immediately inform Call Center at number 0850 222 25 75.
